cp 150 backup procedure

For the backup I am guessing about an hour but be prepared for longer just in case it as it is too hard to answer based on CCR, Greetings and messages
First have people clear out messages and make sure unwanted mailboxes are deleted and that General Delivery is not filling up unattended.
Yes system will be down so best to program reception accordingly or do after hours.
Try not to star at the status bar, it will appear to not move for the longest time especially 3 quarter way through.
