CP 150 All 4 lights lite

I have a CP 150 Mini that stoped working. I was able to verify that the SW is ok and I do have a back up of the SW. When I apply power all the lights come on then only the 4 line port lights stay on and never go off. Any idea what is goig on?

Try a new power supply. It should be 8VDC.

If that doesn't work, connect your PC running Hyperterminal to the CP serial port, 9600 8-N-1. It should give you a clue as to where the boot process is failing.

I have done both and nothing comes up when I use Hyperterminal. I have used this before and I pulled some other working CP from stock to make sure that I was online with Hyperterminal configs and they came up ok. I will double check again tonight.

If it doesn't even start the boot process then there is a motherboard issue and you'll need to send the CP out for diagnosis.
