CP 150 ACD monitoring

I have a CP 150 with ACD that all works fine. After a minor storm the supervisor lost access to monitor ques. She can still get to the Call Pilot via I.P. and make all changes needed just can no longer monitor the que. Any ideas??

In the agent list for this person is the check for supervisor checked?

Both, the button stays red and it says connection error.

Sounds like something happened to the pc that houses the monitoring software (if this is the case). Is this RCC?
