10 mailboxes 8 being used, 9 and 10 are only allowed to be added as information mailboxes, not subscriber.

pleas help

maybe corrupt mailboxes?
check from the browser interface for a listing of mailboxes
or run a report

Login to the Vmail F985 and enter 4 and see what it says on how many mailboxes you have. If it is corrupt it may say 8. I have had this problem before and had to send the VM back to the distributor for a new one because Key Codes do not fix the problem.
