I have a customer with MICS 6.1 and Call Pilot 100. He wants to save messages to his computer as wav files. Is this possible and how??
Thanks for any input......

There's a neat little box called an AUXBox that will do it. I did something like this for an appartment rental agency.
You have to have it hooked up to that persons station port. They can control it from a PC with USB connection.
They set it to record mode and play the message normally threw the phone. I am not sure what format it uses, but they play with Windows Media Player. I think they are WAV or MP3.
We had our techs run the station cables threw a 12 port RJ11 bix blade and then on to the switch. We hooked it up like a passive in-line tap. That way the boss could choose a station to record by just moving the line cord to that jack.
