CP 100 R01 unable to use #,0 etc.

Call Pilot 100 with Rel 01 is unable to transfer calls after auto attendant answers. Does not accept any DTMF options, DN transfers, operator, directory, CCR options, etc. system times out and transfers the call to the attendant.
