I am looking at a CP100 and when I try to change a AA greeting,I get a "out of space" message. I tried deleting a couple of mailboxes, thinking this would free up space, but got the same "out of space" message. Tried re-booting with no change. Any ideas as to how I can free up some space? Even tried to put back the deleted mailbox but it would not go back. Thanks

sounds like someone is not deleting there old messages

the call pilot shares the voice recordings with the message space

has anybody complained about mailbox full message when its not full

Do a report and find out who is eating all your memory. Probably GD mbox.

"Arizona Cardinals NFC Champions!

Yes check mailbox 100 and see how many messages are in there.....a few hundred it sounds like.

When your done spending a couple hours deleting them turn GD off in F983 since they dont appear to need or check it.

To do the report you need to login with the browser.
