CP 100 plays 2 greetings in tandem

This CICS w/CallPilot 100 answers & plays the correct greeting & menu followed by an old greeting & menu. I cannot find where the old greeting is recorded on CP100. I have recorded a new greeting number and assigned it to the Greeting Table 1 setup, and it plays properly but is again followed by the same older greeting.

Any help is appreciated

It is the custom AA, you can turn it off either thru the set it is the first selection under the table or thru the browser CPManager in the table at the bottom of page.
