CP 100 Init as Call Center

How can Initialize the CP100 as a Call Center instead of a Voice Mail?

I believe you can..but I heard you lose your mailboxes...and am not sure if Cll Cntre will work on the CP100 as it requires key code...

However this is just what I've been told.

You cant. you have a CP100 (VOICEMAIL). you can enable it as Callpilot or NVM. You can only have Call Center Basic enabled by keycode.

Yep, Basic Call Center is a keycode option.
