So im subscribed to Cox High Speed Internet, not sure of the speed but before i started having problems the internet was fast and downloads were fast.
This problem started i would say, 6-10 months ago, and has been on and off.
We've had 5-6 cox techies come out and replace cabling, suggest new modems, routers, etc etc etc, all saying that was the problem. Most of the time that would fix the internet for a day or two. Then the problem would come back.
The internet is intermittent, sometimes it stays on for more than an hour sometimes it will stay on for a minute sometimes a second, and right now its staying on but its being very slow.
the cox techies are not very smart at all, they give helpless tips and was withholding information from me when i was on the phone with me today. They kept changing the subject and wouldn't tell me what was wrong.
Now, i would LOVE to switch to a different internet provider, but Cox is the only provider in my area.
