Coversion from Adobe PDF to Microsoft Publisher

I am trying to convert an Adobe PDF file in order to make changes and do not have access to an Adobe Writer program. Is it possible convert this file to Publisher in order to make the necessary changes to my document.

No. If you had the full version of Acrobat you could extract the text and graphics and use them to create a Publisher file. But you cannot do this with just Acrobat Reader.
