hey guys got a question.i've got a customer that comes from a twenty year pots line enviroment.now in pri land but still wants pots line like system.was thinking of moving operator to another port and giving main did and adding ssa buttons for covering stations sound good any caveats.

You're headed in the right direction. No need to move operator. No neeed for them to see the lines. "Teach" them to use the DID's and transfer. If many (more than 9) people are going to answer the inbound calls, there will have to be some planning because of the 8 cover points limit. Otherwise, just programming.
