Does anyone know how to set up delayed coverage? I would like coverage to work something like a cover path on the Definity or primary coverage on the Magix.

This is how I would like coverage to work...Call rings at the primary extension if no answer within 2 rings call moves on to ring one or several covering extensions if still no answer call moves on to primary extensions voicemail.

This is the only way I can get coverage to work….Call rings at the primary extension and at the same time call rings the covering extensions.

Any help would be great

Thanks

Coverage is automatic ring but you could use call forward on no answer to a hunt group of the users who are covering. If not answered there it will revert to primary users vmail.

Good luck
