I posted a while back about a coverage issue and I got great feedback and was able to fix the problem. Now I'm faced with another issue and seeing how I'm challenged in the coverage department, I need some help.

The office manager wants a call to initially go to the operator at ext 10, then after 3 rings to go to 24, then to 31, 17, 30, and finally to 18. She would like for it to basically to go in a circular pattern instead of ringing at all the ext at once. The do not have voicemail.

Any suggestions are welcome.

BTW: I'd like to thank all you guys for answering my questions. I'm a rookie tech and you all have made my life a lot easier.

You could try group calling, make it circular and put the members in the order you want them to hunt. Also put a es2 button on the sets so they can log in and out. I don't believe you can change the number of rings in between the ringing of the sets but I think its set to three or four.
