I have a phone that I need to setup to allow this phone to cover to another extension before going to its own voice mail. But what I need to make happen is to allow this user a chance to answer her phone before it covers. Is this possible and how do I accomplish this using WINSPM?

You could put a coverage button on the phone that is covering the primary phone and set it to delayed ring. That way, it rings the first phone, then to the delayed coverage button. The button feature is Coverage-Primary-then enter the extension you want to cover. While in programming, press the coverage button you created again and then *36 (I believe) and it should change the button to delayed ring.
