coverage path with remote point not returning 1

I setup a coverage path with the first coverage point as a remote number (i.e. r1). When a call comes in, it is sent to the remote number but doesn't return to go to the next coverage point. I set the rings to 1 and it still doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions on why it's not working? CCRON is not on but I thought it doesn't have to be when using a remote coverage number.

What field needs to be set to "y"? is this something on the station form or the coverage path form?

Found it. it's on the system-parameters coverage form.
