Coverage Path on Agent ID

Hi

Im trying to setup a facility that will allow customers to enter an agent login id & then be transferred to the agent.

If the agent isn't available I want the call to be routed to a coverage path.

I've setup a coverage path on the agent but when i make a call the agents phone just rings and calls do not cover.

Ive done a list trace (attached) but the calls are not going to the coverage path.

The latest s/w versions of ACM 3.x have some bugs that fit this description.. Post the system type and s/w & patch of your system...
