Coverage Path confusion 2

I am currently setting up a wireless analog phone to our help desk line. I setup an analog ext (2500) and created a hunt group with the analog number as the first coverage point and the voicemail hunt group as the second. I set the criteria "Don't Answer" to 5 rings in the coverage path I created. I am using this as a remote phone for our help desk so that they are able to attend group meetings. In essence the help desk line would be set to "send calls" and the phone would hunt to the analog wireless phone.

Anyway my problem is that no matter what I try the phone will only ring 2 times per coverage point regardless of what I specify in the coverage path. Any ideas?

For systems earlier that V11, the subsequent rings on converage paths is a system parameter. Meaning, that the number of rings on the coverage path form is only for the primary extension and all points specified will use system default. To change the system parameter, you go to ch sys cov. Keep in mind that whatever you change it to will affect all coverage paths.

Hope this helps,

Cathy
