I have a Merlin Legend with Voice Mail and ext 111 is the Operator position with ext 112 and 139 programed with a coverage button for 111. All calls for 111 go to the coverage button except when a call is trans to an ext and is answered by voice mail and the caller dials 0 to return to the operator. The call will ring 111 but not ring the coverage buttons, is there a fix for this?

When a call defaults in voicemail - it goes to the "call answer service operator" extention - preset at ext 768 - which does not exist - so the call goes to the lowest logical ext number - which is your operator - but your cover buttons are for the operator ext 111 - not 768. You could fix the problem by changing the call answer service operator extention in voicemail system parameters to ext 111. You would need to create a mailbox for ext 111. I would call it "The Operator" and record a greeting saying something like "Our operator is currently busy serving other customers, please leave a message and we will get back to shortly".
