I have a site where the AA is pointing to 774 when pressing 3. When all of the members of 774 are busy i want it to overflow to 775. Problem is it is not, it is just giving dead air. I have verified the overflow is set to 775, the overflow time is set to 1 second, and the overflow number is set to 1. Queue control is set to 99. I really don't want any calls to queue as there is no hold music. This is why i have set the time and number to 1. When i set the queue control to 0 it rings busy if someone presses 3 and all the members are busy. Is there something else i need to set that i am missing?
