I have a cover gp 30 that's print looks like this.

A Group # 1 Senders : 8246 8248 8255 8252 8253 8254 8256 8257

A VMail Cover Senders: 4870 8757 8001

I have never seen a list of senders like that on the first line. That has always been the operator extension number. Could someone tell me what is up with this and how do I remove them?

Thanks.

Well, some folks use cover group 1, and some use cover group 30 for voice mail.

I would suggest that you print out your CALLING GROUPS to see if any of them are doing a "COVER" of cover group 1.

If none are, then you can go to EXTENSION > MORE > GRP COVER > (Grp 1) and then delete them.

I feel EXTREMELY stupid. I cannot believe I overlooked something so obvious. Yes the vm is set to us 30 and this is gp 1. Duh...

Thanks MerlinMan!

I hate it when they use group 1.

I think I have 2 clients like that and it just drives me CRAZZZZY!

Ok, maybe not a drive, perhaps a putt.

I still don't get why there are so many Group 1 Senders. It usually only is the operator listed there. I don't think I have seen this in the entire 12 years I have worked on this platform.
