Is there any way to have more than 8 extensions in the same answer group? or any alternative to accomplish that? Thanks.

Unfortunately I don't know of any way. You could try ringing one cover answer group, and then ringing another after a couple of rings.

The only work-around I can think of is to give all of the stations a bridged-appearence with the appropriate extension.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

Thanks everyone.

Actually, I've think about Susan's idea before; However, if someone picked up the bridged-appearence call, the others can't use that extn. and it will be as "Conference" when someone using that.. So, that's really a problem...

Maybe asignig another coverage path to it will help?
