I have a MICS 7.1 with a station which is programmed to forward on no answer to an outside number. The delay is set to 2, but the user doesn't like the fact that it rings twice with an inside ring tone, and then rings with a different tone on the outside call. The minimum delay is 2, so that feature won't immediately forward the call. Is there a way to cover a station directly to an outside number, in the same way that a call goes directly to voice mail without ringing ?

You'll also have to setup a destination code and route to forward externally.

Once you have built your route make sure the set has line redirection set to (Y) then F4 to number.
