Cover path to voice mail

currently phones ring times before going to voice mail. I suspect this is a global setting based on the coverage path. How do I create a separate cover path for an individual user to allow more rings before going to voice mail?

In the phone programming, open the phone page, open the individual line you want to change, in call forward and pickup settings, adjust the value of no answer ring duration. It appears that each ring cycle is about 4 on this scale, so a value of 20 would represent 5 rings.

I have a main attd with some prompting (press 1 fo rthis 2 for that). Where do I go to see these prompts and if there is any time of day routing? Also, how do I tell if there is a night bell configured?
