Cover page possible? 1

I'm wondering if there is any way to have a cover page print as the first page of a report. Basically it would pull a couple of items from the dataset that the entire report is using, but it would only be shown once at the front of the report - in large letters to ID the entire report. I hope I'm being clear, if not please let me know and I can try to give a better idea of what I'm looking for.

In the past, we've used the Report Header section. Then set the property for New Page After in that section.

On one project we put the name of the report, description, and the parameter values entered by the user.
