Cover no answer on phantom

Have a phantom phone x1616 that rings at physical phone 1343 stating cover-no ans on phone display for 1343.

I know in GSI I could do a list usage ext xxxx to see where that extension is assigned to.

How do I remove the cover-no ans for 1616?

Do I use a FAC?

I found in in winspm under phone programing and just clicked on the button and set it to blank
