Cover answer group HELP! 1

Hi All,

I need some help with a cover answer group, I have a current CAG in place with 8 extensions on it but I now need it for 12 extensions I cant think of a way to do this, can any one help please?

CAG group have been limited to 8 extensions forever!

You will to use a hunt group.

use call pickup group

Take your CAG ext # make it a X port station and give your 12 users a "bridged appearance" button of it...Now everyone has it ringing on their phone and can answer it....

If CM 6.2 FP 2 look at special app 9123 --- extends CAGs to 100 members
