My problem is that any user with high enough permissions to register as a student for a course also has permissions to create and edit a course. What I want is to give one administrative group create/edit permissions, and have everyone else where they can only view upcoming courses and register for them.
In other words, how can I give regular users enough permissions that they can register for a course, but not high enough that they can create/edit them?
