Courier Package

Hello,

Currently we have recieve a package from our primary site via courier sender. Our site is a parent site, the problem is when we import the package it does not show up in the package list. Our parent site has had some issues contacting our site recently. I would like to know, would we already see the package with a status of install pending if the sites were contacting each other correctly? OR does the courier come with all the information and the sites don't need to communicate? We are currently working on getting the sites communicating again?

If you have the hierarchy setup correctly, you will already see the package under packages but it will have a lock on it so you can't modify. I am assuming this is a parent child relationship and that you are trying to copy the package from the parent to the child.
