Hi,

Has anyone ever set up coupons in the gift & loyalty symphony? I've tried to set it up, eligibility rules, coupon types & pos configuration key. but still, when I tried to apply the coupon using the "Accept Coupons" function I kept getting error coupon codes not found. is there any step that I missed?
