Couple of Questions on TDA50

I recently inherited a TDA50 system and I have a couple of question on it. I am certifed on the older TD system but havent installed a TDA50 before.

1. I'm not getting caller ID on the phones. Do I need a CLID card or is it CLID by default? What settings sould I check. (Note:When i got the system there were a few calls in the call log from 6 months ago but nothing recently.)

2. The system is installed in my house and I want to get rid of the tone when I call other phones (auto answer is turned on). I went into station programming and turned Voice Call(21) from Tone to Voice Call but it is still doing it.

verify its on the lines>do you have the maint console look and see if card is in there is one in there >then if
it's installed assign personal and group log buttons

Caller Id is on the lines, I have a cordless hooked up ahead of the system and CLID works fine. As far as the Maint. Console I don't have it. Can I download it or look at the system physically to see if it is there?

Call Log buttons are assigned on all phones as well.

The auto Answer lights are still on and I am on MRP Version 1.007

 
1 )Easy way pop the cover and see if its in there or
scroll through sys programing and toggle it on if It doesn't work its not in there .Depress the auto answer light button and turn off everywhere thats your problem.as far Maint Console if you are in the USA you are OOL dealer only as well as 4.0 upgrade
