Sorry for asking this type of question, but I don't have the application as it's in the software library which I don't have access to.

I need to know 2 things ;
-The hard drive space required for an install of Crystal Enterprise 10?
-The path where reports are stored on the server?

I do have Crystal Enterprise 10 installed on a test server but it contains no reports and the application also seems to give every file some funny generic Crystal name so I can't be sure.

Thanks in advance,
Phil

Hi,
Varies..Depends how how it is deployed..If all on one server, like in our case, it is around 2.4 GB..

CE10, by itself, has no reports, unless the samples were installed.

The file names and the paths can be seen in the properties page of the various Servers created by CE..
Use the CCM ( Crystal Configuration Manager [windows program]) or the CMC ( Crystal Management Server [web based]) to view them...

Thanks Turkbear. I ended up checking in the add/remove program for the server and with MS SQL, we are just over 1 gig, but then again, we are not using most functionnality of CE due to licensing issues (we are looking at Pureshare which offers unlimited licenses).

For the filenames and path, thank you, I will look into it.

Phil

Hi,Actually in our setup, just CE's folder ( and subs) is @ 1.1 Gig ( the total I first gave included CR as well)..The Add/Remove size is not always reflective of the installed size..

Also there are files copied to System32 as well..
