Hi Guys,

Has anyone changed county/region on a live system. If so is there any impact i.e. deafault programming or anything like that ?

Don't think so. think it only affects the clock. never done it tho.

Wait it could affect your T1 if ur using one. If it's currently set for North America but ur in Europe it's possible u could have a problem as NA uses T1s and Europe uses E1.

On the BCM50s it will erase the programing I can not remember on the 200/400s

A hole bunch of stuff changes

Dial tone and ringing cadences

settings for T1/E1

Alog Lines / Extensions are reset to the new region

BRI gets firmware for the region you are in the list goes on

If its not broke tweak it..
