I use a dutch version of act 2007.

Country codes are not displayed in reports and dialer is dialing an extra (0)
example phone number is (32) (0)2 345 67 89

Dialing from (32), The dialer does 0 023456789.

Unfortunately, Country Codes do not display on reports - see
I don't think the standard dialer will properly remov leading "0"s from other countries, but it should from your country.

For better dialing controls, including correct international dialing rules, incoming CallerID and even integration with Skype, I prefer to use itTAPI. You can download a trial from -

I can not understand that ACT People wait to make a patch.

It was pefect in V6. What are they waiting for.

Your suggestion for the dialer is OK
Thanks

rather a fix,... that country codes are displayed in reports etc. This is a must for international working organisations!!!

OK the reports are not for my own use but for third parties.

Do you have all country codes in mind???

The fact is that it worked in V6 and not in ACT 2007.

Many thanks for your help.

Creating the country code is what I did... 1/2 solution
