Hi,

I am collecting together the data from a questionaire in Access. Some of the fields i have are yes/no types (entered via check-boxes), and in a report I need to display how many people said yes and how many said no for each question. How??

Also, Given I have 18 questions, how do I get the report to just display the summarized results instead of printing one out for every record?

Thanks, please can you also forward a reply to mikehogarth20@hotmail.com , whoever answers this will really save my Bacon!

I think that Yes = TRUE = -1
and No = FALSE = 0
so making the sum for your questionaire -10 => 10 said yes
