Counting in a group 1

Here is a question that let everyone know I am not an expert here.

I have field I put in the report header to count all records. The formula is
Count ({subconProvidersDisuptions;1.LNAME})

I copied this field into my group header and it still counts the entire report and not just the records in the group.

How do I get it to count the group?

Click on the summary button, then select the proper group in the "Summary Location".
