I am trying to set up a report that counts the total number of records in the base table and then also counts the total number of records in the report (which is based on a parameter - date range query). Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks, Beth Abernathy

Hi Tyrone - Awesome!!!! Thanks so much - it worked perfectly. I used the following:

=DCount("[YellowcardID]","tblyellowcard")

I am counting the number of "yellow cards" and it pulls the data from the Table "tblyellowcard" rather than from the query on which the data for the report is based.

Thank you soooooooooooooooo much!!

Beth
