My report can sort for a specific vendor or all vendors. I want to be able to count the number of entries the query brings up, and I want to be able to count the number of instances of a late shipment. The late shipment is a YES/NO entry. I would like this all in the footer of the report and be able to figure a percentage based on the number of entries and the number of late shipments.

Thanks,

Steve

To count the number of records in a report create a text box in a report footer (or header) with a control source of:
=Count(*)
To find the percentage of a particular value in a field for instance the number of females:
=Sum(Abs([Gender]="Female"))/Count(*)
To count the number of Yes values in a field:
=Sum(Abs([a field]))
To count the number of No values in a field:
=Sum([a field]+1)
