Counting Date of Service

Hi ALL,

I am using Crystal 8.5 pulling data from SQL tables from Cashe database.

I need a formula to count dates of service and put them into catagories as such.
Bi-Weekly, Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly, Quarterly.

I am displaying details on the number of visits provided by a clinician to their clients.

The report should determine staff for all the clients they provide services to , over a 3 month date range, whether they have been seen Bi weekly- (2 visit or more a week), Weekly-(1 visit a week), Bi-weekly-(2 visits a month), Monthly-(1 visit per month) or Quarterly-(1 or 0 visits in this 3 month date range)
