COUNTIFS in earlier version of Excel 1

Hi, have to use Excel 2003 at work and am haveing a little trouble!

Within 2007, I can use the COUNTIFS function in order to report on a couple of criteria from a large table.

it doesn't look like its supported in 2003 as I just get the #Value error.

For info within 2007 I'm using
=COUNTIFS(C4:C100,"=EX6",G4:G100,"=Sold")

=SUMPRODUCT(--(C4:C100="EX6")*--(G4:G100="Sold"))
