Our system crashed this January The backup quit working, we did not know this. We lost all customer information, all Sales History, some newer Inventory. We did finally get it up and running. There are two issues that need fixed, that is why I am here. The on hand/available is different on some items. When you go to Items, then go to the Adjustment page, the quantities are different. This problem is beyond my little bit of experience with Counterpoint. I know how to enter items, I know how to do Adustments. I don't know how to solve these two problems. Any insight would be appreciated.
