I am trying to create a box in my form that will show me the total count of rows in my subform that have a certain value.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,
Make a text box and in its Control Source property add something like this"

=Count([SomeFieldInYourSubForm])

thats it! Gord

I have several unbound controls on a form and I want each of them to give me a count of a different field.

IE, race = select count() where race='W'

or sex = select count() where sex='F'

how can I assign those kinds of counts to a form?

thanks
