We recently changed to a biweekly pay. Previously, I would count the paychecks in a quarter for Sate tax reporting. So now I need a way to count the weeks worked. It looks like DatePart would give me that info but I can't figure out the formula.

I already select the info by quarter and year. Our pay weeks are from Monday to Sunday. If they work any of the days with in that weeks then it counted as a week.

Never mind, I got it...

DatePart ("ww",{PRTran.TranDate} )
And do a running distinct count total

Thank you
