I have to count where a person appears more than once in different bases. So if a person is in Bloggs Base and in Jones Base I want the person to show with a 2 next to them. This is so that I can produce a labels report where we only have one label per person regardless of whether they are in more than one base. I will then suppress the label if the count is not equal to 2. It is grouped by base then sorted by Name.

Haven't tested this but it should work
[ol]
[li]Add the table again as an alias and link on person.[/li]
[li]Insert a count summary on table_1.person[/li]
[li]In your record selection -> group selection, enter the following[/li]

Count ({Table_1.Person}, {table.Person}) > 1
[/ol]

That should do it.

Cheers,
