How is it posible to count records that is not supressed by logic. I have 1000 records and 200 supressed. But when I do count it reads all 1000 records and I need 800.

Use the running total editor to create a running total of the field you want to summarize. Use the "evaluate based on a formula" section to enter the opposite of your suppression criteria.

Create a Running Total instead of using a summary.

The Running Total should COUNT the same field you used in the Summary, evaluate on each record, and never reset, unless your summary was based off a group, in that case change it to reset on change of that group.

I left out the evaluate part. lbass has it correct in his post.
