Can anyone help me?

I need to produce a form that offers the user two text boxes in to which they should type two dates.

A query then needs to be called that counts records in a table between those two dates and puts advertising sources into a list box.

I need the users to put data into text boxes on the form rather than using the standard parameter query entry boxes.

I can't get the values from the textboxes into the query.
It keeps throwing up parameter boxes...
