Count or suppress Records

Hi Everyone,

CR 7.0
I have a report where I am dipslaying whethter the residents' and the prectors created notes on the patient they saw. I just want to display for an account only 2 records. If they have more than 2 records I am assuming that they have a preceptor and the attending docotor's note. How can I suppress or count records in detail section to only show those accounts which has only 2 records in docnotes tables.

In Crystal 8.5, you could set a summary count on a field, grouped by account. Then use a suppression formula to suppress accounts with more than two.

Quite how you'd do this for Crystal 7, I'm not sure.

Crystal 7.0 has the same thing. I got it working
