Hi,

Can anyone tell me if this is possible, and point me in the direction of how?
I have a detail report, which counts the number of purchase orders in a month for each product. There are about 8 criteria (filters) to be included in the report and also a summary filter on the count to include only those products where more than 3 PO s have been placed.
I would now like to do a summary of this data so that I can show how many times each buyer bought things 3 times in the month, and how many times they bought things 4 times in the month etc.

So - maybe a crosstab

3 times 4 times 5 times
Fred 1 0 3
Jane 3 4 0
Mark 0 7 1

So, Fred bought an item 3 times once in one month and so on.

Detail

PO Date Prod
123 01/11 111
127 02/11 111
129 03/11 111

Any ideas? I just don't know where to start!
Thanks
Jeannette

Hmmm, so, further info to this is.

I have managed to get a count on the count, so I now have a flag that is either 1 or 0 for each count. Theoretically, I could now just total them up. But that doesn't work.
Populating a second list with the count and user from the original query results in a total of zero' even when there are values in there.

Anyone any ideas at all. Or does none of this makes sense...?
Thanks
Jeannette
