count of field on report

I have a field on my report and when I click on the field it says:

Count of time_off.time_off_desc

I need to edit this field, what kind of field is this?

Hi,
It is a Summary that counts the # of times that the
time_off.time_off_desc database field appears .

What editing do you need to do? Bear in mind that this is a computed field, not a database one
.

Right-click and Format Field should let you edit. Or you can include it in a formula field and modify using ToText.

It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.
