I am new to GoldMine and I am trying to build an expression in a report. I need to count the total number of contracts that went out the door, and subtract the total number of closed contracts. (My report lists both) I have two columns, A & B. I asked to total column A (value of all the contracts they were sent out) then I asked it to count column B (lists dollar value of contracts closed) and subtract it from A. I am getting zero because the system is seeing the default field integer of 0 and is counting it as an entry, when in fact it should be empty. The only thing I want counted is the filed where an actual $ value was entered. How do I get around this as .count.of problem as it only works on dollars.
